Students enrolled in Computer Essentials 1 and 2 will learn the basic functions of all 3 components of Microsoft Office 2007. Below is a brief list of what students will learn in these two courses:

- Creating Documents with a Title Page, Table, Chart, and Watermark
Microsoft Excel
- Create a Worksheet and Chart
- Create Worksheets with various Formulas, Functions, Formatting
- Create "What-If Analysis," Colorful Charts, Work w/ Large Worksheets
- Create Loan Calculators, Amortization Schedules, Present/Future Value
Microsoft Access 
- (Not provided in Computer Essentials I and II)
Microsoft PowerPoint 
- Students will create PowerPoint presentations
